If you’ve played slots in the Philippines, you’ve almost certainly played JILI. Super Ace alone gets over half a million searches a month here, and “jili” itself around 368,000. JILI makes games for a Filipino audience more deliberately than any big provider: alongside its slots it has fishing games, Color Game, and its own tongits and pusoy tables.

Is JILI approved by PAGCOR?

Yes. PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department publishes a list of approved games for each provider, and JILI’s appears as “JILI (I-Slot Gaming Corporation)”, dated October 12, 2026, with 258 approved games. That covers around 155 slots, plus fishing and other arcade games, card and table games, e-bingo and numeric games. You can open the list yourself from PAGCOR’s EGLD page.

One thing to keep straight: JILI is a game maker, not a casino. PAGCOR approving JILI’s games doesn’t make every site that shows them legal. Lots of unlicensed sites put “jili” in their own name — jili777, jili-this, jili-that — and none of those is JILI. Check the site, not the games, with our licence check guide.

JILI’s best-known games

  • Super Ace — the country’s most-searched slot. JILI rates it low-to-medium volatility, with official RTP versions of 96–97% and a 1,500x max win, and it now has a whole family of spin-offs (Super Ace 2, Deluxe, Joker and more).
  • Fortune Gems — a simple three-reel game with a multiplier reel; there are now four versions.
  • Money Coming, Golden Empire, Boxing King, Crazy777 — the rest of the line-up you’ll see on most Filipino lobbies.
  • Fishing games — Royal Fishing, Mega Fishing, Jackpot Fishing and others, a JILI speciality.
  • Filipino games — Color Game, and JILI’s own Tongits Go and Pusoy Go tables are on its PAGCOR list too.

JILI and TaDa Gaming: the same games

JILI’s own website says very little about the company behind it. Outside the Philippines, the same games are sold under the name TaDa Gaming — JILI’s demos run on TaDa’s servers, and JILI’s game numbers open the same titles on tadagaming.com. TaDa is far more open about who it is: TaDa Gaming Ltd. is registered in Malta and states it holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2B/940/2022), the UK Gambling Commission, and regulators in Sweden, Greece, Romania and Ontario. We checked the UK register: account 66390 holds active gambling software and game host licences.

JILI’s RTP: several versions per game

JILI’s Philippine site doesn’t show RTP, but TaDa publishes an official game sheet for each title — and those sheets show that most JILI games come in several RTP versions. Super Ace is offered at 97%, 96.5% or 96%; Fortune Gems at six settings from 96.01% to 98.50%. The casino picks the version it runs, so two sites can run the “same” Super Ace with different returns. Open the game’s info screen inside your casino’s lobby to see which one you’re on.

What we couldn’t confirm

The exact corporate tie between JILI, TaDa Gaming Ltd. and I-Slot Gaming Corporation — the name on PAGCOR’s list — isn’t spelled out by any of them publicly.
