Is BingoPlus legit?

Yes. BingoPlus is the first entry on PAGCOR’s list of accredited gaming system administrators (dated October 8, 2026), under AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE). ABLE is a subsidiary of DigiPlus Interactive Corp., which is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker PLUS. That makes BingoPlus one of the few online gaming brands in the country whose parent company publishes financial results.

PAGCOR lists bingoplus.ph as the main domain and bingoplus.com as an additional one, along with a long list of extra domains and the sub-brands PeryaPlus, SpinPlus, SlotPlus and BingoPlus Poker. The poker brand also appears separately under Gamemaster Integrated, Inc. Sister brand ArenaPlus, the sportsbook, is listed under another DigiPlus company.

Watch out for fake BingoPlus apps

“BingoPlus app” gets around 246,000 searches a month in the Philippines, and copycats have noticed. Google Play has apps named “BingoPlus” from developers that have nothing to do with ABLE. The official iOS app, “BingoPlus:Bingo Tongits & Slot”, is sold by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. — check the seller name before you install. On Android, start from bingoplus.ph itself rather than a link in a Facebook group, and never install an APK someone sends you. If the developer isn’t ABLE, it isn’t BingoPlus.

Deposits and withdrawals after the e-wallet change

BingoPlus’s own guides from April 2025 put the minimum deposit at ₱20 and the usual minimum withdrawal at ₱100, with e-wallet withdrawals “often within 5–30 minutes” and most withdrawals free. Those figures predate August 2025, when the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ordered GCash and Maya to remove gambling links from their apps.

DigiPlus now says it handles cash-in and cash-out through BSP-accredited partners such as Bayad and Pay&Go, banks, and more than 130 physical branches. We couldn’t load the live cashier from outside the Philippines, so check the current minimums and fees in the app before you deposit. Either way, withdrawals require full eKYC: a government ID plus a face check.

What you can play

Bingo is the centrepiece, and it’s hosted live from DigiPlus studios — formats like Bingo Mega and Bingo Speed. Around it sit perya-style games (Pinoy Drop Ball, Color Game, Pula Puti), card games like tongits and pusoy, poker, and a large slots section led by JILI, including Super Ace. DigiPlus says there are over 1,000 games in total. We didn’t find published RTP figures.

Bonuses

BingoPlus advertises sign-up rewards — “Free ₱4317” on its site and “320P promos” in its App Store listing — but we couldn’t find the terms behind them, so we haven’t scored bonuses. One seasonal promo reported by SunStar required 3x turnover within 72 hours and excluded poker, Pula Puti and PG slots. Expect conditions like that, and read them in the app before you opt in.

Safety tools

This is where BingoPlus is strongest. DigiPlus lists time, schedule and daily loss limits, self-exclusion that covers both the app and its branches, checks against PAGCOR’s database of restricted persons, and 21+ verification. It also advertises a surety bond of up to ₱1 million per verified player — that protects your account balance if the operator fails, not your losses.

What players are saying

Not much of it is good right now. Recent App Store reviews (September–October 2026) are mostly one-star, and they repeat the same themes: slots that feel “kunat”, identity checks that fail or log people out at the withdrawal step, and sign-up bonuses that never arrived. Several reviewers also write about losing savings. Bad reviews skew negative everywhere, but the KYC complaints are a good reason to verify your account before you deposit, not after you win.

Who BingoPlus suits

Players who want live bingo and perya games from a big, regulated, publicly listed operator, and who value strong limit and exclusion tools. If you mostly play slots and care about a clear welcome offer, compare it with the other verified casinos.
