Licence verified, terms and bonus read — game lobby still to check
What we like
- On PAGCOR's GSA list; operator named in its own terms
- Clear written money rules: ₱300 minimum withdrawal, ₱1M daily cap
- First three withdrawals a day are fee-free
- Strict verification and monthly re-screening against PAGCOR's lists
- No-deposit ₱20 bonus with low 10x turnover and no withdrawal cap
Watch out for
- ₱500 minimum on every deposit, not just the first
- Slow payouts: 1–3 business days even for small amounts
- Balances can be forfeited after a year without logging in
- Heavily cloned brand; lookalike sites send sign-ups elsewhere

Review status: we’ve verified LakiWin’s licence, read its full Terms of Use and its registration bonus terms, so the money rules below come straight from LakiWin. We still haven’t been able to see its full game lobby or self-limit tools — LakiWin blocks visitors from outside the Philippines — so this review isn’t scored yet.
Is LakiWin legit?
Yes, at the right address. LakiWin is on PAGCOR’s list of accredited gaming system administrators (dated October 8, 2026) under RAC Phil Corp., licensed for electronic casino games, e-bingo, specialty games and sports betting — none of them marked as “not yet operating”. LakiWin’s own Terms of Use name the same company as owner and operator, and it has a tile on PAGCOR’s official PAGCOR Guarantee page linking to www.lakiwin.com.
The real LakiWin vs the copies
“LakiWin” gets around 90,000 searches a month in the Philippines, and plenty of what comes back isn’t LakiWin. LakiWin’s terms list five addresses as its own: lakiwin.com, lakiwin.net, lakiwin.org, lakiwin.com.ph and lakiwin.ph. Only www.lakiwin.com appears on PAGCOR’s domain list, so that’s the one to use.
Sites like lakiwin88.ph and lakiwin8.net are on neither list. They look official, but their “register” and “login” buttons bounce through a random-looking domain to a sign-up page on a different, unrelated site. If you signed up through one of them, you didn’t open a LakiWin account.
Deposits and withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: ₱500 for your first deposit — and every top-up after that must also be at least ₱500.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱300 per request, with a daily limit of ₱1,000,000.
- Fees: LakiWin covers the fee on up to three withdrawals a day and credits deposit fees back to your account.
- Turnover rule: before you can withdraw, you must bet the full amount of your last deposit (100% turnover) at odds of 1.2 or higher, or the casino equivalent.
- Speed: through payment providers, ₱1–50,000 takes 1 to 3 business days; ₱50,000–500,000 takes 3 to 5; above that, 5 to 10.
- Methods: the terms name GCash and Maya as third-party payment options, and only BSP-accredited payment services are allowed.
Those payout times are slower than the “real-time” or same-day withdrawals some other licensed sites advertise, and the ₱500 minimum on every top-up is high if you like to play small. Withdrawals can only be requested on the website itself, not through chat or email.
The welcome offer: ₱20 free, no deposit
LakiWin’s registration bonus gives new members ₱20 free without a deposit. The terms, as published on LakiWin’s promotions page:
| Bonus | ₱20 free |
|---|---|
| Deposit | Not required |
| Turnover | 10x |
| Max withdrawal | No limit |
| Games | Slots only — Fa Chai, JDB, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and other listed providers |
| Who | New members, one time only |
| Promotion period | Ongoing (running since April 1, 2026) |
Ten times ₱20 means betting ₱200 on slots before the winnings count as withdrawable — a low bar for a no-deposit offer, and there’s no cap on what you can cash out. One caveat: the promotions page is inconsistent about eligibility — the description says VIP Level 2 and above, while the terms table says Level 1, so check your level before you rely on it. And remember LakiWin’s general terms: if you win with a free bonus without ever depositing, you must deposit the same amount and meet the wagering before withdrawing, and the minimum withdrawal is ₱300.
Rules that can cost you money
- Don’t leave money sitting there. If you don’t log in for one year, LakiWin’s terms say all balances may be forfeited after a notice to your phone or email. That’s stricter than the monthly dormancy fees most sites charge.
- Use bonuses within a month, or they can be removed.
- Free-bonus winnings aren’t free to withdraw. If you win using a free bet or bonus without having deposited, you must deposit the same amount and meet the wagering before withdrawing.
- No hedging. Equal, zero-margin or both-sides bets count as irregular play and can get winnings and deposits withheld.
Verification and who can play
You register with your mobile number and a one-time PIN, then must finish full verification within three days of signing up or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. LakiWin asks for a valid government ID, a selfie holding it and a one-time video call, and aims to verify within 24 hours; it accepts around twenty Philippine IDs, from the National ID and driver’s licence to a Postal ID or PhilHealth ID.
LakiWin is 21+ only and only for people living in the Philippines. Government officials, police and military, students, PAGCOR staff, people on PAGCOR’s restricted-persons database and their immediate relatives where the rules say so can’t register — and money found in an ineligible player’s account is forfeited to the government. Accounts are re-screened against PAGCOR’s lists every month.
Is there a LakiWin app?
LakiWin’s terms mention a mobile app, but we didn’t find a LakiWin casino app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. RAC Phil Corp. does publish “Laki Play: #1 PH Sport” on iOS, which is its daily fantasy sports product, not the casino. Treat any “LakiWin APK” offered on social media as suspect, and start from www.lakiwin.com.
What we still need to check
- The full game lobby and live casino studios
- Self-limit tools (deposit, loss or time limits) and how self-exclusion works
- Support hours and channels
Once we’ve seen those, we’ll score LakiWin like the other casinos we review. In the meantime, use our licence check guide on any LakiWin link you’re sent.
Some links on KasinoPH may earn us a commission. It never changes a score — see our affiliate disclosure. 21+ only. Play responsibly.
