Is Casino Plus legit?

Yes. Casino Plus is on a different PAGCOR list from most online brands: the registered brands and domains of licensed casinos (dated October 8, 2026). Its licensee is Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation together with Frontier Capital Group Limited — the company behind the land-based casino at Hotel Stotsenberg in Clark, Pampanga. The site’s own terms name Stotsenberg as the operator, doing business as Casino Plus.

That land-based link matters. Casino Plus’s online games — live baccarat, roulette, Color Game and slots — are tied to a licensed physical casino rather than run as a stand-alone app. You’ll sometimes see the casino’s older name, FortuneGate, in the registered domains (fgc88.com, casinofortunegate.com).

Which Casino Plus domains are real?

More than most brands, Casino Plus has registered a long tail of domains with PAGCOR: casinoplus.com.ph and casinoplus.com, plus promo-style addresses such as casinopluspromo.com, casinoplusrewards.com and casinoplusfreebie.com, and related names like luckyplus.com and colorgame.com.ph. Because the real list already contains so many “promo” and “rewards” domains, a fake one is easy to slip past you. If a link arrives through Facebook or Messenger, check it against PAGCOR’s domain list before you log in.

The APK question

People search for “Casino Plus apk” constantly, and that’s the riskiest thing about this brand right now. The official iOS app, “Casino Plus PH”, is sold by Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation. We found no official Casino Plus app on Google Play — but a search there turns up several apps with “Casino Plus” in the name from unrelated developers, including one from a London company. If the developer isn’t Stotsenberg, it isn’t Casino Plus. On Android, go through casinoplus.com.ph directly, and don’t install APK files from “free 100” posts.

Deposits and withdrawals

• First deposit: at least ₱500 when you register, which the terms tie to PAGCOR’s rules.
• Verification first: the terms are blunt — “No complete eKYC, no withdrawal.” You get three days after registering (or until your first withdrawal) to submit a government ID and selfie.
• Speed: online banking withdrawals “may take up to five business days”, and the bank account name must match your registered name.
• Methods: the site mentions Maya and bank transfers. The App Store listing still names GCash, but GCash removed gambling links from its app in August 2025, so check the cashier.

We couldn’t confirm minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts. Casino Plus blocks visitors from outside the Philippines, so parts of this review rely on archived copies of its pages from March to July 2026.

Color Game and the big jackpots

Color Game is Casino Plus’s signature: the live-streamed perya game, with jackpots that have made the news — ₱303.5 million in August 2024 and ₱271.4 million in April 2026. Around it you’ll find Pula Puti, live baccarat and roulette, “live slots” streamed from the casino floor, JILI slots like Super Ace and Fortune Gems, fishing games and tongits in the app. The site has an “RTP98” game category, but we couldn’t see per-game RTP figures.

Bonuses

We didn’t find a standing welcome bonus. What Casino Plus runs instead are time-limited cashback and rebate promotions — around 1–2% on live slots and Evolution games, plus a VIP club and prize drops. That’s modest but straightforward. We couldn’t read the wagering terms behind them, so bonuses aren’t scored. Ignore “free 100” or “120% deposit” claims you see on social media profiles; we found them only on spam pages, not on Casino Plus’s own promotions.

Safety and player protection

Casino Plus enforces 21+, bars government officials, police and military, and checks PAGCOR’s restricted-persons database.
